The Powerful Prayers of a Mother

Sweet momma's,

Prayer is Powerful! 

Stand in Prayer!  Stand on the Word!  STAND and TRUST!  You can finish the race the Lord has set before you.  The enemy is in a season of Distractions.  He is using too many activities and responsibilities, causing them to become distractions that rob you and your family of your joy and your peace.  Let this be an encourgement.  Make more time to be in the presence of the Lord.  Your life depends on it.  The life of your husband and your marriage depends on it.  The lives of your children depend on the Power of Your Prayers!

Ephesians 6:10-18

10In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [be empowered through your union with Him]; draw your strength from Him [that strength which His boundless might provides].

11Put on God's whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil.

12For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood, but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.

13Therefore put on God's complete armor, that you may be able to resist and stand your ground on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], to stand [firmly in your place].

14Stand therefore [hold your ground], having tightened the belt of truth around your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity and of moral rectitude and right standing with God,

15And having shod your feet in preparation [to face the enemy with the firm-footed stability, the promptness, and the readiness produced by the good news] of the Gospel of peace.

16Lift up over all the [covering] shield of saving faith, upon which you can quench all the flaming missiles of the wicked [one].

17And take the helmet of salvation and the sword that the Spirit wields, which is the Word of God.

18Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God's consecrated people).

Instead of throwing up your hands and saying, "I can't do this anymore".  Be quiet and know that He is Lord.  Don't say what horrible thing is happening.  Speak what the Word's promise is to you. Pray:

I am strong in the Lord. 

I am empowered through my union with Him. 

I draw my strength from Him, that strength which His boundless might provides.

bound·less [ bówndləss ]


limitless:  to have no end or limit; without limit!

unlimited, endless, limitless, infinite, ceaseless, never-ending, illimitable, vast, without end, interminable, bottomless

Nuclear is nothing to the weapons we have in the Word.  God is Good.  No pressure.
God's might [superior power, force] raised Jesus from the dead.  That same power provides you with strength to conquer the enemy's plots.  Tap into the presence of the Lord.  Don't lead a day without it.  Trust in the one who set the stars and planets in the heavenlies and created you, intricately, fearfully and wonderfully made.
